As a partner of MENDELU within the European University Alliance HEROES, the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) invites you to three days of innovation, networking, and inspiration in education, where educators, experts, and innovators from around the world will come together to explore the future of education through innovation.
The theme of Staff Week is “Exploring Innovation in Education.” You will have the opportunity to discover new perspectives and gain practical tools for shaping the learning environments of the future.

Staff Week will have two dynamic tracks:
- Explorer Track
- Designed for educators and international partners eager to experience innovation in practice. Participants will engage with hands-on workshops, discussions, and case studies across four key themes:
- Innovation in Health Education
- Digital Innovation and AI
- Innovative sustainability
- Innovating International Mobility

- Advanced Track
- The Advanced track is tailored for professionals who want to deepen their understanding of the Innovation Circle methodology. Participants will engage with theory, reflection, and practice to qualify as certified Innovation Circle Facilitators – equipped to lead and support innovation processes in their own institutions and organisations.
