In collaboration with deputy-mayor Martin Glogar, it is our plesure to invite you to visit and spend some time in the many cafes and pubs around Brno-Sever that capture the essence of its many distinct neighborhoods.

Every week, we will recommend 1-2 new cafes/pubs for you to visit. Each new set of recommendations will bring you to a different neighborhood in Brno-Sever.

Starting of February 21st, pub/cafe locations will be published at the beginning of each week to the following social media accounts:

Competition Overview:

As you visit each of the pubs and cafes around the district, we challenge you to make a video documenting your experiences as you travel to each location and experience the unique culture reflected in each venue. You can style the video any way you like: comedic, serious, informative, etc. Be creative!

After the last week of the competition (April 15th), a jury will meet, view each entry, and vote on the best video.

The individual/group that submits the winning entry will receive 5000 CZK, equivalent to 200 euro. For the cash prize to be awarded, there must be a minimum of 5 entries submitted to wad5115@psu.edu no later than Monday, April 15th.

Rules:

• Entries can be submitted by individuals or by groups of up to 4 people
• Entries should be no longer than 2 minutes
• Entries must be appropriate. Indecent content will render entries disqualified
• Entries must be submitted to wad5115@psu.edu by no later than Monday, April 15th
