Call for Applications for Blended Intensive Programme "Healthy Food: Innovation, Tradition & Wellbeing" in Beja

The International Relations Office of Mendel University in Brno is pleased to announce a call for applications for the Faculty of AgriSciences (FA) students to participate in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) at Polytechnic Institute of Beja (Beja, Portugal)one of our partner universities within the HEROES consortium. The theme of the program is Healthy Food: Innovation, Tradition & Wellbeing.

The BIP represents a new form of mobility combining virtual and physical learning. The physical part will take place from September 17 to 25, 2026. The virtual part will take place on September 11, 2026.

Application Requirements

The application process will run from January 30 to March 1, 2026, and includes the following:

  • A motivation letter
  • Indication of whether this is your first international experience
  • Oral language examination in English (to be held from March 2 to 6, 2026)
  • Evaluation of the relevance of your study program to the BIP theme

Financial Support and Additional Conditions

Participants will receive a daily grant of 79 EUR and travel expenses.
