The Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Germany is organising a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) for researchers, educators, and other staff members of the HEROES alliance who work in the field of Computer Science and/or Cyber Security and are interested in the unique Deggendorf approach of Technology Transfer Centres. The BIP represents a new form of mobility combining virtual and physical learning. The physical part will take place from October 26 to October 30, 2026. The virtual part will take place before the in-person component (to be specified).

Participants will:

  • Develop in a workshop feasible regional solutions by customising the blueprint of a TC to their own university landscape
  • Build a network with DIT researchers and the participants for further HEROES purposes
  • Learn about the company’s approach to the TC – by visiting a company
