The International Relations Office of Mendel University in Brno is pleased to announce a call for applications for the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) students to participate in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) at the Kauno kolegija (Kaunas, Lithuania). The topic of the program is “The Impact of Technology and AI on Business under International and EU Law”. The program examines the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on business activities within the framework of International and European Union law. Particular attention is given to the EU internal market, international trade law, the EU AI Act, and the legal and ethical principles governing the introduction of AI in business and legal affairs.

The BIP represents a new form of mobility combining virtual and physical learning. The physical part will take place from October 5 to 9, 2026. The virtual part will take place between September 21 and October 2, 2026.

Application Requirements

The application process will run from May 14 to June 7, 2026, and includes the following:

• A motivation letter
• Indication of whether this is your first international experience
• Oral language examination in English (to be held from June 8 to 12, 2026)
• Evaluation of the relevance of your study program to the BIP theme

Financial Support and Additional Conditions

Participants will receive a daily grant of 79 EUR and travel expenses.
